Here we go again...

I got up bright and early Monday morning for my appointment in Shreveport.  I had blood drawn and an ultrasound, both help the doctors and nurses to determine the timing of the IUI.  During the ultrasound, the doctor said that he saw two follicles (eggs) that were ready and look good.
After looking at bloodwork results and ultrasound images, the doctor's office called and asked me to take the hcg trigger injection at 10:30 Monday night.  Poppy Sam was willing and able to give it to me.  (Thanks Poppy Sam)
This morning (Wednesday), Chad and I got up and once again headed to Shreveport.  We got there at 9:00 and we were back in the car headed home by 11:00.  Now we just wait...  I will have a blood test in a week just to make sure ovulation has occurred... then we wait some more.
Selfishly, I want to ask you to pray that this IUI is successful and we will be pregnant before too long.  But I know that God has a perfect plan for our lives and it may or may not be a baby right now.  Above all, please pray for His will in our lives... and the wisdom and patience for us as we try to understand his will.

Thank you so very much for your continued support and prayers for us!

Heather
